Renovation of a 1950's Rancher

This house was purchased then immediately gutted down to the wood studs and rebuilt. Renovation work at the kitchen, bathrooms and formal living areas included higher ceilings, new finish materials, and all new plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. Exterior work included a new front porch, custom doors and windows, shutters and stucco. Traditional details and quality materials have dramatically altered the house’s character.
